She was introduced to franchising in 1979 when she and her partner opened the very first Money Mailer franchise. Her appreciation of the business model grew steadily. After 11 years of expanding their own franchises and coaching others on direct mail campaigns and operations, she chose to work for Money Mailer itself.
As Vice President of Franchise Support Services she trained franchisees, directed field support, coached, gave business advice and oversaw product launches.
Then as part of the Great Clips, Inc, executive staff she helped launch two major markets and developed additional skills in employee management, site selection and construction as well as marketing and operations.
She got to see the world of franchising from both sides and incorporate the lessons from two major brands.
As a consultant she has worked with major brands as well as new concepts and the top professionals in the world of franchising.
She has now harnessed their extraordinary talents, her unique perspective of franchisor, franchisee and consultant to offer new and existing franchisors specific and personalized solutions to their franchising

Robert R. DeVito
Robert has worked to train and develop hundreds of local and master franchisees. He has been a franchisee and franchisor and now works with franchisors to better understand their franchisees. His specialty is The Validatorsm program. He has trained and coached direct sales and business development.
DeVito has a background in Proprietary Education, direct mail advertising and restaurant ownership. He was an award-winning franchisee with Money Mailer and served in the U.S. Navy in Aviation Electronics Technology.
